Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely terrible experience. Host was non-responsive then responded hours before our scheduled check-in to tell us that the place was not going to be available. Leaving us out in the cold with 2 kids on New Years Eve. We flew internationally and are not familiar with the area.

Bonjour, Je suis sincèrement désolé pour cette situation. L’appartement n’aurait en effet jamais dû apparaître comme disponible cette année : il s’agissait d’une erreur du site et non d’un problème de notre calendrier, qui a toujours été correctement à jour. Je comprends parfaitement votre déception, et je la partage également, car cette expérience a été frustrante pour vous comme pour nous. Nous avons désormais corrigé le problème, et l’appartement est bien ouvert aux réservations cette année. Ce serait un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions. Bien cordialement
