Je suis sincèrement désolé pour cette situation.
L’appartement n’aurait en effet jamais dû apparaître comme disponible cette année : il s’agissait d’une erreur du site et non d’un problème de notre calendrier, qui a toujours été correctement à jour.
Je comprends parfaitement votre déception, et je la partage également, car cette expérience a été frustrante pour vous comme pour nous.
Nous avons désormais corrigé le problème, et l’appartement est bien ouvert aux réservations cette année. Ce serait un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.
