Villa on one level in front of the lagoon of Saint François just in front of the Golf. <br>House open to nature and the lagoon in a bohemian style.<br>It benefits from a large living room and covered terraces facing the lagoon. A garden in front of the sea gives access to a private beach. You benefit from four double bedrooms, two of which have sea views. The house is very easy to access and live in. 2 minutes by car from the shops and markets of the city centre of Saint François.<br>The house was built in the 70s by the architect Daniel Ricou, who had designed the subdivision of 22 houses along the lagoon of Saint-François, while designing his own at the end towards the beach of La Coulée. All the houses were identical, from the furniture, from the details of the fittings to the volumes. The wooden furniture matched with a colour, like a theme per house; here it is yellow that has watched over the number 14 for all these years. The houses were intended to be open to the sea, on one level, simple and modern, and made of reinforced concrete to resist the risks of cyclones. All the houses grouped together formed the same line parallel to the lagoon, but respecting the natural advances of the landscape from the land to the sea, some came to slide and backward, while others advanced while remaining side by side. Since then, vegetation has grown, and the houses are often practically hidden behind the lush tufts of trees and local species familiar to the winds and salt.<br><br>The house has a kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine dryer.<br>It is open to a large living room with a bar.<br>The outdoor terraces are covered and have views of the lagoon.<br>You have two bedrooms on the golf side and two bedrooms on the sea side. All are air-conditioned.<br>Three of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. <br>A paddle board and a canoe are at your disposal.<br><br>You can park in front of the house in the path of the residences. Our first garden overlooking the path can also accommodate your car if you prefer to bring your car in. <br>The house is a 2min drive from all the shops of Saint Francois.<br><br>You have the marina 2 minutes away by car where you can rent boats or organise walks and visits to the neighbouring islands: Petite Terre, Les Saintes, La desirade, Marie Galante.<br>You also have the 18-hole golf course which is right in front of the house and behind the golf course is the airfield if you want to take a tour to admire the scenery or a parachute jump.
