A fully air conditioned spacious home ideal for up to 4 persons, 7’ drive from the nearest beach and 17’ drive from the scenic towns of Gytheio or Aeropoli. The flat offers one double bedroom and two more single beds are provided in the open space living room. It features a spacious balcony with magnificent sea views ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Ideally located in the heart of Mani, famous for its historic sights and crystal clear beaches. Wifi available!

Our spacious (90m2) home can accommodate up to 4 persons in one double bedroom and two single beds located in the spacious living room area.

There is an open space living room with sofas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and dining table for six persons.

The flat has access to beautiful balconies with sea and mountain views.

We are strategically located in the heart of Mani, close to many different crystal clear beaches and in between the two picturesque towns of Gytheio and Aeropoli.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
