A spacious home ideal for up to 4 persons, just 7’ drive from the nearest beach and 17’ drive from the scenic towns of Gytheio or Aeropoli. The flat offers a double bedroom plus a living room that can be converted to a bedroom if your group consists of 4 people, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our home features a big balcony-terrace with magnificent sea views ideal for outdoor relaxation and daydreaming. Ideally located in the heart of Mani.

Our home (60m2) can accommodate up to 4 persons in one double bedroom and one twin (or double) bedroom in the living room. There is also a modern kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and a bathroom. The flat has access to a wonderful balcony terrace with sea and mountain views for enjoying your meals outdoors or for just relaxing.

We are strategically located in the heart of Mani, close to many different crystal clear beaches and in between the two picturesque towns of Gytheio and Aeropoli.

The house is located in the rural area of Dichova and close to the village of Neochori. At close proximity you will find a mini market, gas stations, cafe and restaurants. The house is also located in between the two towns of Gytheio and Aeropoli offering a wide range of shops and services.

It is an ideal location to explore the famous beaches and historic sights of Southern Peloponnese!

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.

OK maar te duur

Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Wat geïsoleerde maar mooie locatie. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf groot terras waar het aangenaam zitten, lezen, eten is. Het appartement zelf heeft wat minpunten (geen tafel binnen, kwaliteit qua meubilair en sanitair, geen kookmogelijkheid tenzij via 1 klein mobiel plaatje,…). Overall best OK dus maar prijs/kwaliteit te duur (dik 110 per nacht).
