Treetop Oasis (4000 sq ft home) is conveniently located LESS THAN 1.5 MIILES from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and Big Bear Alpine Zoo! It's also just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Snow Summit Ski Resort (3 mi), The Village (4 mi), and the lake and marinas (4 mi).

Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the home or in the two car garage, including dual 220v car EV chargers so you can charge 2 cars at one time! Walk just a few steps up to the front door. In the entry hall, you'll be greeted by a delightful carving of baby bears and a raccoon climbing a tree. You'll also find a charming wood bench with bears carved on either side.

The grand entrance welcomes you to this four level home with local bear carvings and knotty pine throughout. The entry level has the enviable master suite that features custom-designed furniture, including the king bed frame, bookshelf, and a desk. Use the gas starter fireplace to fill the master suite with warmth and ambiance. Keep entertained with a flat-screen television. Step out your private deck to take in the fresh, mountain air and ski slope views. The high ceilings and ceiling fan will keep you cool during the warm months. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and a glass shower. The toilet is located in a separate room to provide privacy.

Head up to the top level where you will find the great room with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The living room has an extra large sofa where everyone can comfortably lounge, watch TV, or simply enjoy the warmth of the gas starter fireplace. The wet bar is the perfect place to mix up your favorite cocktail before heading out the deck to admire the sweeping views of the slopes and lake. When hunger strikes, you can stay on the deck and enjoy the great outdoors while grilling on the propane barbecue, or you can head back inside to the big, open kitchen and prepare a meal with ease. The kitchen has ample granite counter space, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, blender and coffee bar.

For fun and entertainment you will want to spend a few hours in the game room. Serve up some snacks and drinks at the dry bar and take your pick of shuffle board, black jack, board games, or billiards. Or if games aren’t your thing, start a fire and get cozy on the pullout sofa to watch TV or movie or maybe just stream music on the soundbar.

If outdoor recreation is more your style, then you will love relaxing while nestled under the trees in the hot tub or hammock.

The lower level is all about getting a good night's rest. You will find three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and garage access on this level where you will find a world class ping-pong table. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV, Blu-Ray player, and deck access with views. Bedroom 3 has two twin over queen bunks, TV with DVD player, en suite private bathroom with double vanity, large shower, walk-in closet, and deck access with views. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, TV, and Blu-Ray player.
