This spacious 2600 sq home is located in Moonridge area in Big Bear Lake, California. It was built in 2005 and sits hidden under 200 ft pine trees, the home is less then a mile walking distance to the golf course and ski resorts. Theres 5 bedrooms bedrooms 1. Is master with 1 king on ground level. Bedroom # 2 has queen on ground level. Bedroom 3 had 1 queen and a crib on 2nd floor. Bedroom 4 has 4 twins and a bathroom and its great for kids. The 5th bedroom i left the wall out and made it a 2nd famiky room with twin bunkbeds and a pull out couch, 55” flat screen smart TV with a deck. This spacious 2600 sq cabin has 2 full refridgetor, a wine chiller in the bar, all stainless steel appliances and fully furnished worh pots and pans. Great for family reunions and just relaxing.

The home is so complete that it can accommodate any type of individual whether it be relaxing by the wood burning fire or if you choose to entertain the house is equipped with two 50 inch HDMI TV's, two surround sound stereo systems, wireless internet, DVR and two comfortable family rooms.

Also the cabin has a crib and high chair and baby gate around the the fire place, there’s two full size refrigerators, wine chiller and an eight person Jacuzzi on the private back deck. This home/cabin is a wonderful place for a family of twelve or less or for those looking for that romantic getaway.P.S Please review the calendar and make sure your dates are available before inquiring!!Also this house is NOT DOG FRIENDLY, due to children with allergies. Ring video doorbell, Electric door lock and security system with camera for security.
50.00 fee for spa access.I alos have a 5 bedroom in Oceanside close to the Oceanside pier.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Laid and start dish washer
Put all dirty towels in washer and start the load
Remove all trash to the location on Garstin rd dumpsters
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All renters have to take household trash with them, drop off location next to hospital. No refunds for power outages, fires, or earthquakes natural.

We had such an amazing stay! Gary checked in with us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything that we needed. He made sure the place was warm and cozy for our arrival. The house had so much space that all of the kiddos had plenty of space to play and have fun. We really appreciated the baby proofing for our two toddlers. We will definitely be going back!

Everything was great. Gary was prompt to reply and answer all questions clearly. House is well located, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and coming areas were large to accommodate everyone. The listing says 3 bathrooms. the one in the second floor has a sink, toilet and a tub/sower in were the sower

Only 5 stars? I really want to get him 500 stars. Here is clean and big house, the space really enough and it’s a really friendly place for my kidsss, this year the snow not good, we are not go ski , but our family really have fun in this house. And i forgot my phone when i left, but the host fond it and contact we me, he not ask any for shipping. I have to say this is reliable credible host and place. This is my top choice in 2026

Parker’s Retreat

The home is very spacious & comfortable in a quiet neighborhood Beautiful & well stocked kitchen You can have morning coffee in the front room with sunlight streaming through the windows or lunch & cocktails on the patio. Location is very convenient to the village & the marina. The owner is very responsive to any questions with the focus on the guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable

Excellent accommodations and location. Kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beds for the 12 of us and extra blankets and pillows. We would definitely come back again!

My husband and I stayed with our 11 month old. There was a high chair, crib (bring your own sheets), and a little walked toy. The baby gate up stairs is missing the door so it’s not a childproof area, but we spent most the time downstairs in the living room where the baby gate protected the fireplace. We had no issues with the check in or communicating with the property manager and owner. Great location! Walked to the zoo, snow summit, bear mountain resort and Moonridge Coffee. Great property for a family.

Family Friendly

This cabin was very family friendly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for family cooking and having a second fridge was nice addition an extended stay. All kitchen appliances and cookware were usable. The bedrooms nicely accommodated our extended family get-away with one room having a crib for the baby. The location of this cabin was perfect being a short walk from the zoo and coffee shop and a short drive to the ski resort. We enjoyed our stay!
