Stunning home in Plogastel St Germain

This traditional for the region property is located in a quiet hamlet not far from a beautiful village. It is spacious, has been beautifully renovated and stands in a lovely garden. Solid wood kitchen with dining area and wooden ceiling beams. Through one of the two exactly south-facing living rooms you can access the covered terrace. A table tennis table is at your disposal. Excursions to the beautiful bay of Audierne (12 km) with its renowned beaches or a visit to Quimper, the capital of the region, which adorns a Gothic cathedral, riverbanks, half-timbered houses and cobbled streets. The region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking trails and bike paths in a rural setting or surfboarding, windsurfing and kite surfing at Penhors, Plozévet and around the headland of Pointe de la Torche. Not far away, the village of Locronan with a beautiful heritage awaits you, as well as Bénodet on the waterfront with thalassotherapy center, casino and a variety of restaurants.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très bien tenue,très propre dans un environnement très calme et agréable.Tout était parfait pour un couple de 70 ans sans enfants.Toute les commodités sont présentes à l'intérieur de la maison(lave vaisselles,lave linges,sèche linges.Personnellement,nous n'avons utilisé que le lave vaisselles mais tous les appareils sont dans un état impeccable de propreté.Batterie de cuisine également en très bon état et propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas.Un petit coucou particulier à la propriétaire qui est très gentil et disponible si besoin.Semaine très sympa et on reviendraJoël et Sylvie.
