La Robertie est une excellente location qui est faite pour l'été car nous avons eu froid .Pas de chauffage d'appoint (1 seul) pour toutes les chambres , le chauffage de la salle de bain du bas (sèche-serviettes) hors service , à l'étage pas de chauffage d'appoint salle de bain (1 seul pour les 2 salles de bains).L'insert du bas (dans la cuisine) fonctionnait très bien et nous avions beaucoup de bois à notre disposition . Par contre nous n'avons pas pu profiter du salon car trop froid .

Je suis très surprise par votre note et votre commentaire. À aucun moment pendant votre séjour je n’ai eu l’impression que vous passiez d'« horribles vacances ». Vous m’avez fait part de quelques remarques, mais toujours en précisant qu’il ne s’agissait que de conseils pour l’avenir et que vous passiez un agréable séjour.
Je comprends que, malgré tous mes efforts, la maison puisse ne pas correspondre à toutes les attentes. Mais écrire simplement « horrible » n’a rien de constructif et ne me permet pas de comprendre ce qui a pu poser problème, alors même que mes précédents voyageurs ont laissé des avis très positifs.
