East part of Carnac beach, "Plage de Beaumer/Men Du" residence located in a dead end, quiet, about 200 m. from the beaches on foot, 300 m. from a supermarket, 1200 m. from the shopping center, 1500 m. from the sailing club and Thalassotherapy.
1st floor duplex apartment (approx 55m²), main exposure South/ West.
First level:
Living room/ living room: sofa, television access to balcony.
Kitchen open to the living room equipped with 2 rings, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, sink
Independent toilet.
1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90cm).
Duplex: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (80cm).
Ideal for families of up to 5 people. Groups are not accepted.
