About this property

Newly renovated water front apt. (ground level) on the Crooked River (Inland Waterway) within easy walking distance to the Village of Alanson. Enjoy sitting on our front porch watching the boats go by throughout the day! This unit is centrally located between Petoskey (9 miles) and Mackinaw City (24 miles) and Harbor Springs (10 miles). Close to hiking trails and golf courses just minutes away! Fishing is within walking distance to the river with the Historical Society Boat House board walk, Sanctuary Island fishing platform and from our two large boat docks. This unit was the former manager's apt. unit consisting of master bedroom (King size bed) and bunkbeds in second room. with a large kitchen, one full bath and 12' x 20' living room with table that seats 6 persons, a perfect set-up to accommodate a family of four. Quiet time (conversational voice) is between 10 pm and 9 am. A pull out bed to accommodate one child or adult may be available upon request to accommodate a fifth person. No pets allowed.

Graveside service for my Mom and visiting family.

Down by the river

Property is an amazing spot right on the river. Super quiet with access to tons of activities within a short distance. Rental came with access to a dock right out front which we utilized by renting from Windjammers on Crooked Lake. Owners were very knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to help us find things to do with our kids to make our stay more enjoyable. If you are looking for a spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet river life look no further.

Artesian Springs RV Park is owned and managed by Charles and Scott Rehmann. We purchased our Park in 1996 and have made many improvements since the early beginning. Our RV Park is small with 18 spaces along with boat docks on the Crooked River. We have a family atmosphere with Pot Lucks every two weeks which all guest are invited to attend! Hope to see you here!!
