And just 20 minutes away by car, golf fans can indulge in their hobby on the 18-hole course at the Resort Golf du Pont Royal. The landlords, who take care of the house and garden, live in an outbuilding on site. They also park their car on the property. The traffic from the road not far away can be heard.
