Welcome to my charming Provencal Mas of the Alpilles.
Surface of 130 M2, pretty flowered courtyard in the front and a nice garden of 400 M2 in the back endowed with a nice swimming pool. 7m by 3m, 50 .
You are in peace, in the countryside while being 3km from Mouries, 10km from Maussanne-les-Alpilles and 20Km from Saint-Remy de Provence.
For the beach, it will take 45 minutes to reach the Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.
The farmhouse, completely renovated, can accommodate 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,2 shower room, 3 toilets). You are in the countryside, 3 km from Mouries (first olive village in France).
Many village festivals during the summer, golf, horseback riding, Avignon festival, Arles photo meetings .....
This region offers many and varied choices.
The mas is part of a hamlet of the 18th and originally a single owner owned the whole hamlet.
The house is therefore terraced, but since the living space is located on the pool side, in the larger of the two gardens, you are quiet and this garden is not overlooked. The more of the two gardens also allows to isolate ones own to read in peace ...
Ground floor :
Living room overlooking the flowery courtyard, a bathroom with toilet, a large and functional kitchen with dining area overlooking the terrace and the pool garden.
First floor : 2 air-conditioned room,
 a very large room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed
 a master bedroom with a double bed.
Between the two bedrooms a bathroom with access to the two bedrooms (separate WC + many storage).
In the garden is also a separate annex room with double bed, storage, air conditioning and bathroom with toilet.
It is an old house, full of charm, with its stone walls which retain the freshness in summer.
This house is not exclusively for rental, it is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) and has been completely renovated with taste (travertine, stone floor, beams, niches etc.)
The idea being to preserve her old lady's looks by adding all the comfort.
All the rooms of the house are equipped with mosquito net,and air conditioning.

A Wonderful house in the green fields of Mouriès

Sylvie and Patrice were very helpful with all my questions and had great suggestions for local places and restaurants. The house was accurately described and clean and well-maintained, about 6 minutes from the tranquil and friendly village of Mouries. Really enjoyed my stay there. Great neighbors too.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war durchdacht und sehr gemütlich. Der Garten mit dem eigenen Pool ist eine kleine Oase. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans un petit coin de paradis dans ce joli Mas provençal. Idéal en famille, la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir lors des chaudes journées d'été et la maison reste fraîche ce qui est appréciable. La maison est propre et super bien équipée. Les hôtes nous ont bien accueilli et ont pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. Ils sont restés disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons adoré la région et reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir verbrachten 10 Nächte in dem Haus und waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, teils mit Antiquitäten. Alles war perfekt sauber. Der Garten mit Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die W-LAN Versorgung ist leider nicht optimal. Empfang hat man nur im Haus oder davor, nicht im Garten. Poolpflege und das Wässern der Beete wird erwartet. War für uns aber kein Problem.

Une location qui nous permet de nous sentir chez soi

Maison à fort caractère. Meublée avec goût, confortable et fonctionnelle. Ideale pour passer des vacances au calme au son des cigales. Rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances. La piscine est un refuge appréciable après les balades réalisées dans la region. La location permet de visiter la région qui est à proximité de nombreux villages et villes souvent à peu de kilometres. C'est également un plus. Nous remercions chaleureusement nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

Ein toller Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen und fanden es wirklich schön eingerichtet. Auch der Pool mit dem Garten hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und uns sehr gefallen! Für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder war genügend Platz und es war alles im Haus, was wir brauchten. Küche top ausgestattet! Leider konnten wir den Grill nicht nutzen, wegen der hohen Waldbrandgefahr und wer auf schnelles Internet angewiesen ist wird es etwas schwerer haben in der Region, denn auch das Mobilnetz ist nicht so gut ausgebaut... Der Host ist wirklich sehr nett und hat uns zu Beginn des Urlaubs alles im Haus gezeigt, sowie viele Ausflugstipps in einem Ordner zusammengestellt. Wir würden wieder buchen :)

Très agréable séjour

Location en tous points conforme à l’annonce, très bien équipée et parfaite pour notre famille de 5. La situation est idéale pour rayonner sur les Alpilles, Arles et la Camargue plus lointaine. Le jardin offre une belle intimité pour profiter de la très belle piscine. Propriétaire disponible et attentive à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé deux super semaines de vacances. La maison était nickel au niveau propreté. Un très beau et très agréable jardin avec de nombreuses plantes aromatiques pour faire de bons petits plats ainsi qu'une belle piscine idéalement exposée pour le plus grand plaisir de toute la famille. La maison est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Merci à vous pour votre disponibilité et vos conseils. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous serons ravis de revenir chez vous! PS: nous avons bu un verre de sangria à votre santé ;-)

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé trois semaines formidables . Ce mas est absolument charmant , fonctionnel , très bien équipé , meublé avec goût, (literie est au top ) dans un environnement calme et reposant . La piscine est vraiment un plus ! Sylvie a été aux petits soins .

Un séjour très agréable mais....

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette jolie maison familiale qui présente tout le confort nécessaire pour un beau séjour. Maison idéalement située permettant de sillonner la région. Belle décoration, confort assuré. Un bémol, à la fin du séjour au moment de la restitution, les relations se sont tendues avec les propriétaires que nous avons trouvé particulièrement tatillons alors que nous sommes des habitués de ce type de location et que nous avons coutume de rendre la maison dans un état impeccable. Soit nous avons rencontré des difficultés avec la piscine qu'il convient de traiter manuellement très régulièrement, mais nous ne sommes pas piscinistes... Enfin, pour le prix de la location, demander le remboursement d'un drap taché avant renvoi du chèque du caution, c'est un peu exagéré. Tout en sachant que nous avions pris la peine de changer un pommeau de douche défectueux à nos frais. Une alerte : bien que ce soit précisé dans l'annonce : mais nous n'y avions pas prêté attention : vous récupérez votre chèque de caution 10 jours après votre départ....

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans la maison de Sylvie qui est un havre de paix parfait pour une famille. Tout était parfait et Sylvie est un hôte très disponible et à l’ecoute. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon séjour !

La maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût, spacieuse (encore mieux que sur les photos), et fonctionnelle. Tranquillité assurée pour des vacances reposantes autour de la piscine, proches de nombreux sites à visiter. Excellent accueil, excellente adresse !

Gezellige woning. Met karakter verbouwde hoeve vlakbij Beau de Provence.

Mooie ruime woning. Alles is aanwezig. Goede centrale ligging (Arles, Beau, de kust...). Vriendelijk ontvangst.
