With a floor area of approximately 120 m2, you will find:
• a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room that can accommodate 12 people
• a living room giving direct access to a south-facing terrace, equipped with a fireplace for winter evenings
• A recreation room giving access to a veranda on one side and a terrace/balcony at the back of the chalet
• A small dormitory with two 90 beds above the games room (a 3rd inflatable extra bed)
• A bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed and dressing room
• A large bedroom on the 1st floor with access to a south-facing balcony (bed of 140) and office space
• A second bedroom upstairs with a 140 cm bed and a small lounge area
• Two recent bathrooms equipped with shower and toilet

• and finally for musicians who wish to liven up the evenings: a folk guitar and a digital piano.
This chalet is therefore ideally equipped for 8/10 people with a sofa bed and exceptional possibility of additional sleeping for 2 other people with a second sofa bed.
Equipment: Wifi / fibre, dishwasher, cot, barbecue, stone and raclette service, large capacity fridge-freezer, double espresso coffee maker, very complete household equipment.
