Want to visit Paris but need tranquillity? The 12th arrondissement is made for you! The district comprises villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion; the 12th keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city; the proof is that Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. Many shops and cafés guarantee a dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long, starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience; enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is excellent, especially with the kids.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Daumesnil, is just a 7-minute walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Important note: There will be construction work starting on May 6th and lasting for 4 weeks in the residence courtyard. These are refurbishment works of the inner courtyard (between the two buildings). We apologize for any inconvenience.
