Walk to the beach (5 minute walk). 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus den/office with sofa sleeper. Large open floor plan. Outdoor living at its best with a fantastic lanai and outdoor kitchen, spill-over whirlpool spa in heated pool.
PLEASE NOTE: Marco Island is cracking down on noise complaints. Please carefully read the attached rental agreement. If you receive a violation of the noise ordinance you will be responsible for all fines and fees.
High-speed wifi, comcast with HBO and Netflix, surround sound system with bluetooth. King bed in master suite. Master bath has large walk-in shower. Queen bed in guest bedroom #1 - two twin sets (with adapter to make into king set) in guest bedroom #2. Pull-out sleeper sofa in Den. High quality queen air mattress available too. 55" flat screen tv/dvd in living room. 48" flat screen tv in master bedroom. 38" flat screen tv in guest bedroom #1 38" flat screen tv in guest/den #1. Non-smoking. Refundable security deposit required: $250 (refunded in 2 weeks)
