Hi Mario Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see that you give us 8 of 10 stars and mentioned that a toilet was not working. The reason it STOPPED working was because you clogged it with WAY to much toiletpaper. And you forgot to mention that it was fixed the same day. Anders

Amazing family trip

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Close to airport and great grocery store. Golf cart available to go to beach but we mostly stayed at the house. Down the street is a nature reserve that was beautiful. Marcia, the caretaker of house, was warm and welcoming. Thank you!!

Punta trip

The staff was awesome. They went above and beyond . We had an emergency situation and they even stepped in to help us get it taken care of it took 4 days but each day they wanted to help

Punta Cana is nice

Overall, a thumbs up. House was nice, maid was great, PCR&C great, safe, and a relaxing vacation spot. A few "loose connections" as they were referred to by our Villa Manager, but nothing that was all that important to us. Some little things need to be addressed, and I bet they will be. In sum , would recommend and would go back.

Beautiful, well appointed house w/in 10 min to airport and a fantastic supermarket

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tortuga B7. This well laid out house is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped with great pots, pans, utensils, and chef’s knives. The outdoor dining area was spacious and the BBQ worked well. Our housekeeper, Marcia was absolutely amazing and the house manager Stig was incredibly responsive. We also loved the Puntacana Resort and Club as it is safe, beautiful and offered so many wonderful activities within the resort… the WESTIN beach is a beautiful uncrowded private beach with good food and drinks; my kids visited the petting zoo animals everyday, we loved swimming in the lagoons of the Ecological Reserve, and of course golfing at La Cana and Corales was fantastic. Lastly, the house is conveniently located near Supermercado Nacional… a beautiful large supermarket with fresh produce, onsite bakery, great butcher and fish counter where we enjoyed buying fresh red snappers and Mahi Mahi for some delicious dinners.

Fabulous Easter break in the sun

We had a lovely time at this fresh, clean, spacious villa with pool. We whizzed in the golf cart, from the beach, to tennis, to golf and great local restaurants, a wonderful maid and villa manager, both so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable, highly recommend! Thank you

Christmas in the sun!

We had a great time golfing, swimming and enjoying the beach at this lovely villa! We had a perfect chief prepare our meals and our house manager was wonderful! Highly recommend!
