Rainy's place is new construction 4 miles from downtown and right in the heart of East Nashville. Only miles from amazing restaurants and a quick uber ride or drive to everything you need. There is a beautiful park around the corner and dog parks only minutes away. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the master has a patio. We look forward to you staying with us!

Wonderful host. Wonderful place. Perfect for a ladies get away. There were four of us.

This was so close to where we wanted to go (stadium and downtown). Wonderful, responsive owner. I'm very picky. This place was clean and decorated beautifully.

Nashville Visit

Very nice property with plenty of space and very dog friendly. The condos were in a gated area so we felt very secure also.

We love this place! Perfect with our dogs!

We have very dear friends in Nashville and love visiting them with our two Chocolate Labs but spend night here as a favor to them to minimize the chaos haha. We adore this rental unit, and surprisingly it even did well when temps dropped to 3 degrees! We will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular on all fronts!

If your in nashville and want a place to stay thats close to everything this is the place.the decor of old records and pictures. Place was exceptionally clean and contact with host was fast. Easy access for gate and house. She even allowed late checkout because of snow. I know nashville never gets snow. Well it did. We would definitely stay here again
