This beautiful "renovated ranch" is located in the heart of Hip Donelson, a treasured area of Nashville. The kitchen features Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, and opens to the light-filled dining area and living room. Nestle in front of the remote-controlled gas fireplace on a chilly evening or spend a relaxing time in the hot tub on the back patio. Enjoy the expansive back yard where you'll most likely spot deer in the distance nibbling the grass.

Make yourself at home in the comfortable beds (two queen-sized beds and one full-sized bed on the street level) and take time to savor a nice, hot bath in the clawfoot tub in the street level bath or wash off the remains of the day in the updated shower in the lower level bath. You'll also find a large living area on the lower level featuring a very large wall-mounted television to catch games or a movie. There is also a beautiful sleeping area on the lower level with another queen-sized bed.

This property was perfect for our weekend event at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center! Conveniently located and allowed us quick access for our events. The house is huge and very comfortable. We appreciated the quiet setting and the nature that surrounded the place. We were especially excited to see the daily outings of the resident groundhog out by the shed. He's a big one and we decided to call him Nashville Ned!

We regret you did not consider your experience to be worthy of more than three stars as we strive to give every guest at our property the best experience possible. This home is over 60 years old and has been a very busy short-term rental for over 10 years, so it does reflect that. We love our guests, but there is often a lot of wear and tear from so many stays. However, we take any opportunity the property is vacant to repair, update, and maintain. We take our guests’ satisfaction extremely seriously and so are truly sorry your experience was less than a 10 out of 10. We also try to prepare adequately for our guests and noticed that there were more in your group than the two you had specified in your reservation. We also hope you didn’t feel you had to make an unnecessarily hasty departure as our cleaning team noted that the front door was left ajar and there was still hot coffee in the coffee pot. Thank you for your feedback. We work continuously to improve the property because of information just like this. We hope you had safe travels home.

Great place to stay for our family vacation

This was a great place to stay while we were in Nashville to visit family. We enjoyed going to the wave pool, golfing, parks, and restaurants, that were all just a couple miles away. There is also a Kroger and a CVS within a few miles. Great neighborhood! We enjoyed the hot tub!

This is a great location and perfect for families with a dog! There's a dog park less than 3 minutes away and the Gaylord Opryland is maybe 6 minutes away. Downtown Nashville took maybe 20 minutes. The house has nice gathering spaces and the hot tub was fun with the overhead lights on a cold night. Our host was very responsive to questions and came to fix some outside lights when we noticed they weren't working. We'd stay again!

Our host was very attentive. Responded to every question quickly. Our boys and doggie enjoyed the huge yard. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and had nearby shops and restaurants. The location was perfect, only seven minutes from my brother and sister in-laws reception. They even made sure to tell them when we made home safely after our eleven hour road trip. What more can you ask for?

Peaceful and Perfect for Us

After being in the hustle and bustle of Nashville, life, this location was perfect as it was peaceful and quiet. Dear in the backyard, birds chirping, plenty of room in the house, clean, and inviting! It was a great day and we would definitely be back!
