Great community in a clean cozy home

This tiny home is very cute, clean, and cozy. It offers you everything you need. Upon arriving, there was a bottle of wine left for us to enjoy from the home owner. She was really easy to communicate with. Only thing I wished that could have been communicated prior to check-in was the information to the front gate, and any amenity codes that were needed. Overall, such a good stay. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Desert Getaway

Cute unit in a nice resort. Could use updated/clean furniture. Stains on the couch and rug. Floors were dirty with dirt, hair and even small pieces of broken glass. I found lots of cigarette butts all around the outside of the unit. And there wasn’t a smoke detector. Unfortunately I would not stay there again.

Good times in the desert…

The tiny vacation home was all we needed. Surprisingly, there was a lot of storage room which kept any clutter at bay. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. I loved cooking on a gas stove. We had no complaints. For 2 month, this was our home and we loved it. Just pretty much what one would expect when renting a tiny house. People in the park were nice, too.

Not best experience

There was a long black hair in the bed sheets. I’m not a germaphobe but it’s hard to believe there’d be a hair there if the sheets were washed before we arrived. Also she forgot to send me the unit number and check in instructions so I had to try to connect with her when I got there with little/no service. I did get a hold of her though so this wasn’t too bad of an issue. Other than these two issues, the unit was stocked with everything you’d need- water bottles in the fridge, complimentary wine bottle. The sky valley resort is beautiful, friendly neighbors and front gate security, several hot tubs and pool about 100 yards from the rental, fenced-in dog park. Would stay again if they focused on cleaning it more throughly and improving communication.
