THINGS TO KNOW
There is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.
A boat is lift available for guest use.
Construction is being performed at Long Island Village. This may impact all areas. We do not have detailed information on when or where the streets will be affected. If your street is affected during your visit, the HOA will provide a complimentary shuttle as there may not be parking available. This construction will run through 2022.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
