Lovely waterfront, one bedroom two bathroom cottage on the water!

Enjoy the view of the Intercostal waterway in this one bedroom sea cottage. Watch Dolphins from your private deck. This is definitely a romantic getaway for two, but has a pull out sofa for extra guests.

The community is packed with amenities. Enjoy a swim in either the outdoor or indoor community pools. Have a tennis match at the nearby courts or a round of golf at the LIV 18 hole, par 3 golf course and much more.

While there is so much to do in this community, you will only be a five minute drive to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. You can quickly be at the beach with a ten minute drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway to South Padre Island.

Nice Location

This unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. We did enjoy watching the Dolphins in the channel and this was a great location to watch a Space Ex launch. Pretty Cool!
