Waterfront Marina Home with private boat dock. Fully furnished home with kitchen and beach essentials. The home accommodates a family of four, or two couples comfortably. The home offers parking for one vehicle and is within walking distance to restaurants, Port Isabel lighthouse, Dolphin Tours, Pirates Landing Fishing Pier and other tourist attractions. Queen Isabella Causeway, the bridge to South Padre Island is less than half a mile away.
Open kitchen and living room floor plan upstairs featuring a bright bedroom and half bathroom. Downstairs features a waterfront enclosed porch perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The downstairs bedroom is attached to the full bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub for soaking.

Beach, Boating and Bayfishing

The discriptions listed are completely accurate. We booked a 5 days over the 4th of July week to get away and enjoy our bay boat. The boat slip is what drew us to the property. Upstairs there is a bedroom, half bath, kitchen and living area. The stairs are uneven and you need to think about your steps everytime you are on them or you will trip. Downstairs is a master bedroom (it has two twins in it) a very large updated bathroom with shower and seperate soaking tub. It's a big tub. There is a covered porch that opens with the storm shades. The boat slip is built for a large boat but not too big to make my Flats Cat too much of a step. Overall the place was perfect for our needs. South Padre Island is a 10 minute drive across the causeway.

Nice place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, and had everything you would need. Caitlin was quick to respond, as well as accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!
