Place all furniture back in the original location where it belongs. Do not re-arrange furniture.

Hello, my name is Fred Lopez and I'm married to my wife, Kenya and we have an only son, David. I'm born and raised in South Texas, I'm an army veteran, and we currently reside in Edinburg, TX. We enjoy the outdoors and the south Texas weather for the most part (it can get very hot!). We both have done work and vacation traveling and realize that we have a great vacation spot very near to our permanent home.
We're both full time professionals, my wife is an educator, and I work in the construction industry. We understand the importance of having a calm and peaceful getaway.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property because of the great location and benefits offered in the gated subdivision. The backyard has great views and ambiance. We have been visiting the South Padre Island area for many years and would always talk about buying property to get away from our normal daily life routine. This property gives us that getaway we have been looking for.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of this property is two-fold. One is a relaxing ambiance with Laguna Madre as your backyard. The balcony has a great view of the ocean, swimming pool, and fishing pier. Enjoy the backyard patio set and decks which offer many sights and sounds of nature with birds, dolphins, and fish. The other is all the amenities offered by the subdivision HOA. You are in a private, gated subdivision and that is great peace of mind. You can enjoy the pool side chairs and tables, swimming pool, or the hot tub. You can fish from the fishing pier, wade fish, or kayak fishing. There are trails just outside the subdivision that connect to some very scenic routes for walking, running, or biking. In addition, there is a subdivision common area with picnic tables, kids playground, and a basketball half-court.
