This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this lovely house. It’s very spacious, a user-friendly kitchen, literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, a great pool with lots of chairs & inflatables and a handy elevator for those whose knees aren’t quite as young as they used to be! Joe is a thoughtful host & quick to respond.

Joe was super easy to work with and the house was great! Very close walk to the beach and the amount of chairs was awesome. Some beach supplies could use replacing soon but overall very helpful. One room was listed as having 3 beds which it didn't so had to pivot things around but still enough space for our group. The elevator was very helpful since the kitchen was on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

This house was very well stocked and very comfortable. We spent most of gathering time in the kitchen/dining area. The pool was not clean when we arrived but was cleaned and fixed the next morning. We did not have any hot water when we arrived but I contacted Joe and he had the hot water heater replaced the next day. This is a fantastic house but could use a good cleaning especially the garage and some TLC on things around the unit.

My family and I were very happy with our stay! We had multigenerational family and the elevator was a life saver. A storm came in while we were there and caused the pool to become very dirty. We reached out to Joe and he had someone come out a clean it right up. The kitchen is beautiful and has every pan , kitchen necessity you could need. Location was great and quiet.

Wonderful Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The elevator really came in handy for my aging parents with bad knees. Accommodations were beautiful and prompt communication with property owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We really, truly enjoyed staying at this property. The elevator is a godsend. We cooked most meals over the course of our stay and using the wagon in the garage and the elevator made it easier to haul everything up to the second floor. The pool is heated and we used it every day. The beach is close by and we visited it most days. The location is great. Joe is the host with the most! We definitely would recommend this property.
