We are lifetime residents of North Texas. We always dreamed of having a retirement home in Colorado as we have enjoyed vacations to the mountains since childhood. As we were drawing near retirement and after visiting South Padre Island (SPI) for a work-related conference, we loved it and decided this might be an option for our retirement home rather than the mountains. Upon our first visit to South Padre Island, we were pleasantly surprised to find there is no comparison to other Texas beaches. At South Padre Island you will find the most beautiful clear blue water unlike other Texas beaches.
Why they chose this property
Just Beachy Campeche is newly renovated and located less than half a block from South Padre Island beach. The home is located close to the entertainment district, restaurants and shopping. The home is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Quality linens are a must for our guests at this 5 ⭐️ home. Beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon to haul it all to the beach are provided for our guests.
What makes this property unique
Just Beachy Campeche is close to the beach, entertainment attractions, restaurants and shopping. You can literally walk to just about anything without having to walk very far. The beach is less than a half block away. The private pool topped off the package and makes for an enjoyable place to cool off after a day at the beach, or just stay in the pool and hang out all day if that is your preference.
