Three stays and counting!

This is our third time to rent this property over the last few years and it never gets old. We love the location and the property. The house is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves is probably my favorite part. You will not be disappointed.

I was disappointed,the house was beautiful but it was not fenced in and the property didn’t have a pool. So called pool was a hot tub and it was dirty.Also the sliding glass doors were not only hard to open and close . Not to mention they had no locks on the doors at all.the house and the view were awesome but the house is misleading on the amenities.

Awesome place to stay!

This was an awesome place to stay! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrises, bar in walking distance on the beach, quite place, private spa and pool, and place is very clean. Communication with the owners was wonderful, quick replies, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway on the beach.

Perfect spot on the beach!

We had less than ideal weather during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the beach with short quick visits and the view from the condo patio/balcony. Easy and direct access to the beach made our spontaneous visits to the beach a pleasant experience. The pool was also a huge plus during our stay. I would highly recommend without any reservations.

Amazing View

We had a fantastic stay on SPI. The weather was amazing, the house was perfect for us, and we loved that it was right on the beach. Great communication with owners/property manager as well. The view from the second floor is breathtakingly picturesque and provides a nearly endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing View

Exactly as expected of a beach house in terms of cleanliness and upkeep etcetera. But the view was better than the pictures and the house was bigger than expected from the pics as well. Enjoyed sunrises and moonrises everyday during our stay. When they say right on the beach... It's right on the beach and we loved it!

Beautiful home!!!

Loved the house!!! the location just steps from the beach!!! Getting up in the morning and watch the sunrise from the upstairs balcony and listen to the sound of the waves was priceless. We will definitely come back, we had an issue with the downstairs ac unit not cooling and had to acomodate everybody upstairs but they sent someone to fix it the next day. Thank you again for making this much needed gateway a lifetime memory for our family!!!

Beach oasis

We absolutely loved staying here. The setup was perfect for 2 mamas and their kids. Kely was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She was so kind and helpful. The house was clean, the view was magnificent. We had dinner on the patio. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We were worried about the kids reactions to the small pool. Well there was no need to worry the kids had a great time and one side of the pool was actually kinda deep probably 4.5 feet. The garage access added for a quick and easy pack up at the end of the trip. We really wanted to stay longer. :)

Pool/hot tub were a bust

The place is nice enough, but it is a little dated and some of the outlets were a little sketchy. The biggest problem was that the pool and hot tub were not functioning properly and never were fixed. Not to mention whoever takes of the pool didn’t clean it at all. There was sand and trash in it. I was counting on the pool because I knew if the weather was bad the kids could play in it. The weather was awful the whole time we were there. Suzy and Kely were relatively quick to respond and they were gracious enough to give us a little money back.
