The residence was super clean. The location to the beach could not have been more perfect. The private pool was a bonus!! Definitely recommend this property!!

I would book this house whenever avaiable. It is in the best loacation for shoping eating and entertainment most activities are 3 to five min drive or a few more walking. Couldnt ask for a better veiw of beach and ocean the house is amazing and clean had a small pool in back plus the ocean so we could swim at house or go on beach comunication with owner was fast and easy. They answered all questionsand replied back on a timely fashion we will be useing this property on our next visit if available

Beautiful, beachside home with a private pool ! My family had a great time here and will definitely come back! We called the folks setting up beach chairs and umbrellas (Jim’s Beach Service) and arranged chairs and umbrellas set up daily for us, right behind the condo! All together... made for a perfect experience! Walking distance to restaurants and beverage establishments as well!

It was an excellent location, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more wine and cocktail glasses. It is so close to the beach with a shower to use after you had a fun day. It is close to a fun venue for drinks.

We had the best vacation at this beautiful condo with beach access right out the door and views of sunrises and sunset. Highly recommend booking this one! We hope to come back soon.Thank You for the wonderful vacation!

We stayed here for 4 nights & had the BEST time! The house was perfect….no complaints. View from upstairs was BEAUTFUL. Very easy access to the beach. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to feel comfortable! We will back! Such a great time.

We had the best memories.The house is beautiful and clean, we had everything like we were at home.The place is very peaceful. The swimming pool was clean.The stuff for beach was accessible and nice.The garage was spacious.The grocery store is 5 minutes away.We are definitely happy to comeback.

The beach view is stellar! And the private pool spa is so relaxing and worry free! The beautiful views are paired with a beautiful master suite downstairs and the living and kitchen upstairs. The interior is very 90s beach house chic with little accent tiles of fish that are so charming! The linens were clean and accessible. The sleeping capacity is also very large, so the property could easily be split with several small families or a larger family. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect clean family vacation home, steps away from beach with private entry. Home was so spacious and amazing. Cooked all meals during our stay and kitchen was equipped with all the cookware. Also had chairs and toys to spend the day out on the beach. Truly the best home on SPI. I will definitely love to take the family back.
