Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply.
We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 pet fee per pet each stay. Additional pet fee may apply if you bring more pets than indicated at booking. Maximum four pets allowed on premises. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged.
The swimming pool is heated during winter months (Nov – Feb), and the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If there is a big drop in air temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature of the pool. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, our pool heater will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.
The first floor features a spacious kitchen, dining, living area, a half bath, and master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. The Master suite has a King size bed, a single bed in the large closet room, smart TV, a private Master bathroom with double vanity, large soaking tub and stand alone shower. There is also a single bed under the staircase on the first floor. The first floor sleeps up to 4 comfortably.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, both with own ensuite private full bathroom. Each room is equipped with a queen size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is a rollaway bed in the closet that can be taken to either bedroom for additional sleeping. The second floor sleeps up to 9.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from forks to coffee makers, allowing you & your guests to prepare meals at ease. Reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen. The living room gives access to the private back yard & sparkling swimming pool.
Four Smart TVs in the house (every bedroom has its own TV) with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutting boards, non-stick pans of different sizes, bakeware, cooking utensils, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, and silverware. One traditional coffee maker and one Keurig machine. Coffee filter provided.
The property has a washer and dryer in the garage for guest use. There are beach chairs, wagon, canopy, and beach toys for guest use.
The house can park 6 compact cars or 4 SUVs at a maximum. No on-street parking.
House has exterior cameras for security monitoring. No cameras inside the house or in the backyard pool area.
Early check in or late check out is subject to a fee (exact amount depending on your requested check in and check out time) and it is only possible when the house is not booked the same day.
