Come relax in the warm Texas sun when you plan your next seaside escape to this South Padre Island home. Recently refurbished and a prime location that puts you just a stone's throw to the beach, you'll be able to relax in style while you explore the local attractions.

Set on the sunny shores that hug the Gulf of Mexico, you won't have to go far for fun.

Grab a brew and head out to either large covered patio to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

When it's time to turn in, this three bedroom, three and a half bath space has room for up to 6 guests to relax. In the Master Suite, you'll find a King size bed with vaulted ceiling and flat screen TV. The second bedroom also boasts a King size bed while the third room has two Twin size beds.

Hit the beach to dive into a day of catching some rays, or paddling out into the sapphire blue waters on a rented SUP. Make a cocktail at the wet bar, before you head out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

Convention Center, Sea Turtle Rescue Center and City Eco Museum are all a short distance. Wana Wana Beach Bar and Grill is walking distance down the Beach.

Nice Getaway

Ive stayed at several properties in SPI and i really enjoyed this one. The house was clean, no issues with any appliances. The view was beautiful and the pictures were exactly what I expected. I will definitely be staying here again.

A true beach house

We stayed Easter weekend with family and it accommodated everyone nicely. I brought my own portable charcoal grill and speaker for a family BBQ. Its also pet friendly. Make sure you get a bag of ice from the store if your planning to have a get together or for drinks. We'll be back soon.

Great townhome

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful townhome. It has everything you could need and more. The best thing if the gorgeous view and the beachfront location. Also loved that we could bring our small dog along. We did have a problem with the tv in the living room area but contacted the owner and the next day someone arrived with a brand new tv. Couldn't have been happier. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone.

House great location, great space, loved all the fishing awards and memorabilia! Brett was immediately responsive to the questions we had! Would come back again anytime!
