This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

The view from the balcony was great. The condo is very clean, stuffed with everything you might need for cooking and beach. All appliances worked just fine. We liked the heated pool in the courtyard. The hostess is one of the best I had , and I used Virbo for years. Karen is easy-going, quick to respond and goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests.

We've stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it. But we got off to a rough start as there was a miscommunication between the owner and her cleaning staff. We got a text telling us that the condo would be available at 1:30 but when we arrived at 4pm it had not been cleaned. A text to Karen put things in motion immediately and her staff had it cleaned in a few hours. It was a Sunday and they drove from Brownsville.Karen very graciously discounted our charge by one night. We had our dog with us and were able to find a restaurant nearby where she could sit on the deck with us. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo with views that can't be beat and a host that responds very quickly on everything. The beach is right there with also rentals for umbrellas/chairs and outdoor bars close by for absolute convenience. We enjoy coming to the Island to kick back and relax. Eveyone on the Island is so friendly. The beach is great. The restaurants have good food, entertainment, and great service.

Why they chose this property

We love being directly on the beach. The Tiki is as close to the beach as it gets without getting your feet wet. We also love the relaxed atmosphere on the island. There are shuttles available from both Brownsville and Harlingen airports, making for a convenient trip.

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony are what sold us on this condo. You cannot get any closer to the water. We love to sit and watch the kiteboarders, the kids playing on the beach, and watching skydivers land on the beach next door.
