INCREDIBLE BEACH AND BAY VIEWS CORNER UNIT

Are you looking for both fun and comfort? This recently remodeled 5th floor, beachfront condo offers both sunset and sunrise views from the 2 large private balconies. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach is just seconds away. Restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance, so no need for a rental car.

Comfort is key! With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large flat screen TV, you will find plenty of room to relax. You can see the Gulf from the comfort of the couch or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in a beautiful sunrise from the Living Room balcony. The Master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and a bayside balcony for your sunset viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom which shares the balcony with the Master bedroom. There are Great Views and WiFi throughout, and TV’s in both bedrooms.

The Aquarius is a gated beachfront complex just steps from the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property has a 24 hour front desk with someone from the friendly Aquarius staff always ready and willing to assist you. Life is easy! The Property offers a heated pool, hot tub,
a beautifully manicured garden courtyard, along with direct beach access, and three picnic areas equipped with bbq grills. Inside the building, there is an on site laundry, a new sauna, and a newly renovated fitness room to burn off those extra calories.

South Padre Island is the definition of Paradise. With international and local cuisine on almost every corner you will find it hard to go hungry. Everything you could possibly need is located right on the island, most of which is within walking distance. Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are available to rent at many locations on the island to help you get around and there is also free public transportation. Cruise the Bay on a jet ski, sit down to dinner at sunset on the bay, have breakfast while enjoying a beautiful sunrise right on the beach. Super easy check in. Space was great size and wonderful views. Kitchen was big and we cooked a lot. Rooms were good size and bathroom was too. My kids and I had a great time, would highly recommend. The pool area was great too. Beach access was awesome. You can bring your own pop up tent, or rent chairs and an umbrella. Loved our stay!

This unit has a balcony facing the gulf and a 2nd balcony with a view to the bay. Wonderful place to stay, very clean, and in the middle of everything to do.

Sandy and I live and work in Indianapolis we visited South Padre one weekend in 2005. We fell in love with the area and people and purchased unit 507 while there the following year we purchased 407 and recently purchased unit 906.

Why they chose this property

Aquarius has a friendly 24 hour security. Although it was the first high rise to be built on the island it has under gone a fantastic renovation. The grounds and landscape are immaculate. You will find all three of our units clean well supplied and updated regularly.
