About this property

Our 650 sq ft. condo sits right in the middle of one of the best spots on the SPI beach strip. The 5th floor view allows you to be as detached or involved in the action as you wish to be.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and all the amenities such a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. A dining table that can expand to sit 6, as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room, and a unique bunk bed with a platform queen bed that sits below 2 twin beds in the second room. TV's in both bedrooms and a 55 inch in living room.

Free WIFI.

Keyless entry.

An initial supply of bath towels and bathroom amenities are supplied. Towel exchange service is not provided. Housekeeping is serviced at the end of each stay.

Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided. Rental booths and shops are conveniently located along the strip with a wide range of beach accessories.

The bathroom has a shower with easy access glass door.

4 charcoal BBQ areas.

The pool is heated, but please note that as an exterior pool the temperature may vary according to weather conditions and season.

2 elevators.

No washer or dryer in unit. Coin/credit card operated laundry on first floor.

Please do not hang towels, clothes or any object on the balcony railing.

1 parking spot per unit inside the gated parking. Additional parking on the street in front of the building. Trailers are not permitted.

There is a 24 hour Front Desk service/security staff.

No pets. No smoking.

6 guests maximum including infants and children.

Wristbands are provided free of charge at check-in. This is simply to assist condominium staff in identifying guests during high season. Damaged wristbands are replaced at the front desk. There is a $50.00 replacement fee for lost wristbands.

Non responsive host

We had a traumatic experience with this booking. Even though we had booked this almost a month ahead and had reached out to the host through VRBO reg. checkin instructions there was no response. We contacted VRBO and they couldn't reach the host either, I called the property office and they mentioned as this is a private unit they can't help either. VRBO kept assuring me that the host WILL respond before checkin time and I kept waiting until the day of the booking when I couldn't risk it anymore and went for alternate arrangements at a much more expensive rate as it was last minute and every other property was virtually sold out. The trauma and the anxiety my family had to go through due to the irresponsible behavior of the host and VRBO will leave us scarred for a long time. I do not recommend this property at all and do not wish anyone else to suffer what we had gone through.
