In the evening return to the balcony to watch the sun set and after the sun goes down, take time to slow down and reconnect with those who matter the most in your life.
Natural light illuminates the living and dining rooms of this condo through multiple large windows. A great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. - Do not leave any coolers or beach toys/equipment in the condo.

Chris and Lori are from the Midwest with 2 adult children. We love spending time on South Padre Island and enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful beach access out the front door. One of our favorite things to do is watch the sun rise from our balcony while sipping some home brewed coffee.

We've owned other property on SPI and find Suntide II to have it all. Great views of the beach & Ocean from the balcony, high ceilings, fully remodeled inside and convenient location to groceries, bars and restaurants.
