Upon entering this 2/2 Ocean front condo on South Padre you'll see blue water across entire living room windows. Enjoy Sunrise breakfast on the balcony, or share a grilled dinner at sunset. Great outdoor furnishings for hanging out and watching the waves on this ocean front unit. Sleeps 5
This perfect retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king bed and Queen/ twin bed bunk, 2 bathrooms with a walk in showers, hair dryer, and essential bath amenities. HiSpeed WiFi, AC, and a washing machine on complex site. Tennis courts, workout gym. Basket of pool toys, folding chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen which we keep current. Coffee and starter amenities.
We love Winter Visitors so ask about our longer stay discounts & pet with deposit. Our bed linens are fully laundered in hot water. We have excellent cleaners and a top management team to fully serve and support your stay.

Sunchase is definitely a favorite complex on the island. Great amenities and we have such a great location and beachfront.
What makes this property unique
Ocean views, larger living room area than most 2/2/ units.
Lots of original & creative art in our beach home. And our kitchen items are replaced annually to keep things fresh. No beat up skillets or old appliances.
