Beachfront 2 Bedroom Condo Located at the Quiet South End of the Island.

Our fully appointed condo, offers everything you’ll need for your perfect beach vacation. Our beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom condo is located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickleball courts, charcoal grilling station, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our remodeled/redecorated 3rd. floor condo has inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea…you’ve truly reached paradise.

The living/dining area and the master suite have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath-taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up after a restful sleep to a magnificent sunrise…it just doesn’t get any better than that!!! This same view can also be enjoyed while preparing that gourmet meal in the amazing new state of the art kitchen. Relax on the spacious balcony sipping your favorite beverage and feeling the gulf breezes while watching the ships and shrimp boats come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf.

The master suite, with a king size bed, has a small sitting area and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and quartz countertop vanity. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds with new mattresses and a small sitting area. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and quartz countertop. Both bedrooms have their own closets, dressers and large flat screen smart TVs. We’ve also added a Pack-N-Play with sheets and mattress pads for your little one. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. Paper products and soaps are provided, even shampoo and conditioner. Enough to get you started.

The kitchen has a beautiful quartz countertop which includes a filtered drinking water system, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with icemaker as well as many small appliances. It is stocked with high-quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans and a good supply of herbs and spices. All to enhance your cooking pleasure. Some paper towels and trash bags are provided and there are also some cleaning supplies available. Enough to get you started. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and could accommodate up to 6. The breakfast bar has seating for an additional 4.

To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 3 large flat screen smart TVs with Spectrum Cable as well as a DVD player. Free password protected WiFi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 3 ceiling fans. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A limited amount of laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys for building that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Water Park (formerly Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd.
