High enough to see a huge expanse of ocean down to the channel, but low enough to feel and smell the ocean breeze and stay connected to the sea. Don’t accept anything lower or you will miss out on the fabulous view of the entire beach. Don’t go much higher or you see the neighboring roof tops!
