Practically brand new and ultra-modern, featuring a Texas sized 300 foot crystal clear swimming pool and a huge heated whirlpool large enough for 30! The large pool area features private cabana’s available for rental. Comfortable loungers surround the pool, which features high and low spots to wade or swim. A state of the art fitness center with Cybex equipment, flat screens everywhere, and a yoga room rivals the best fitness club anywhere.

Want to be pampered? Visit the Sapphire Spa on the main floor — the most beautiful full service spa in South Texas. Want to take care of business? The business center features multiple computers, printing capabilities, and high speed internet.

The great part of this complex is the variety of activities for everyone in the family! A game room provides great entertainment featuring table games like pool, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball machines. A 24 seat home theater is available for your pleasure. There are nightly movies played at 7 pm or you can bring you own and reserve it to watch your favorites on a large screen with multi-speaker sound.

Perfect Size: Our two bedroom two bath unit is large (nearly 1400 square feet) and sleeps and hosts six very comfortably.

Living Room: Pullout Queen mattress -- super comfortable!

Perfect Floor: 7th floor is the perfect Sapphire floor. High enough to see a huge expanse of ocean down to the channel, but low enough to feel and smell the ocean breeze and stay connected to the sea. Don’t accept anything lower or you will miss out on the fabulous view of the entire beach. Don’t go much higher or you see the neighboring roof tops! Floor height is critical when selecting your perfect Sapphire room!

We have been vacation renters ourselves so we know exactly what thoughtful touches make it special and we’ve tried to provide them all. What could be better than a delicious coffee on our balcony overlooking the sea? Foam-top king mattress in your master bedroom will make you think you’re floating on clouds while you gaze out the 10ft high window and admire the ocean. The property is arguably the nicest on the island. Our actual condo was well kept, clean and conveniently located. Plenty of room for a family of 4.We used the complex’s amenities, the game room and the private movie room.

Lovely unit, great location.

We were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, the grounds well maintained. There are chargers on site for electric vehicles, an unexpected benefit for us. In short, we loved it!

Very nice property

I have stayed at the Sapphire on multiple occasions. Most stays were with larger groups. This trip with just 5 people worked out great in this unit. Beds were comfortable. The condo was well equipped. Had one small maintenance issue that was resolved in less than an hour. Will definitely stay here again on future trips with a smaller group.

Great Condo and Property

This condo is a fantastic, clean, well-equipped condo. The Sapphire and its employees were very kind and professional. Tons of pool and beach toys and body boards in the closet was a happy surprise for our daughter. Having access to the Margarita hotel amenities next door is a nice bonus, but the pool is much better, and the atmosphere is a quieter scene at the Sapphire. Host was attentive - no issues with this stay whatsoever.

Gave it a fourstar rating , but could easily be a five. Needs some TLC. Pigeons had taken over the deck, light bulbs out, dresser drawer needs repair, lamp missing switch, bar stools stained, globe missing in back bedroom, toaster didn’t work. Otherwise, it is in a beautiful building, great location, friendly staff, and the owner was very responsive when we couldn’t get wifi to work..

a New Year's get away

Very nice property on the beach. I can imagine how grand it is during the spring and summer prior to COVID 19. Some amenities were closed, such as the Gym . However, my husband booked a massage through the spa and found that experience to be excellent. The condo is exactly as pictured and well-quipped. Overall a very nice time. CJM

Couples getaway weekend

The condo was clean and had all the necessary items. The owner was responsive. The air-conditioning went out during our stay but fixed after a few hours. We were unimpressed with the property. The grounds had trash that we walked passed all weekend. The pool water was hot and dirty. The pool patrol threatened a $150 room charge if we didnt turn off the music playing on our phone (hand held device). The pool umbrellas were not secured, broken and a few flew into the pool. The neighboring Margaritaville was lively so we hung out there but had to pay $50 each. I was expecting high level service, more amenities from this Luxury Beachfront property.

Overall property is in disrepair!!

Walls are beat-up dirty and need painting, drapes in livingroom are so heavy they are falling out of the ceiling, whirlpool tub is not working!! Missing the basic items Keurig coffeemaker oven mitts, dish clothes, laundry soap, blankets for beds, mixing bowls, need new baking pans others are rusted! All beach, bath, hand, wash clothes are stained, dirty need to be replaced, several light bulbs are out need to replace! Missing hand towel bars in bathrooms, furniture an rugs need to be steam cleaned, stained, dirty. Kleenex none. Swimming pool was full of dirt an palm tree debris, workers at the Sapphire did very little to clean pool, we spoke to service desk and they were rude in response to pool an overall disrepair of property. 7 palm trees had been cut down, not replaced, fountains not working, patio public furniture ripped, very dark an dim interior needs painting. Overall not great not very friendly!! Thank goodness the Margarita Hotel inext door which was awesome an such friendly people an well cared for. We will be staying there next time for half the cost of the Sapphire condominiums

Very nice Condo with several amenities like spa services and a concierge; exactly as in the photos.

Sapphire was clean and well administered. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. Pool was well maintained. I liked the covered parking. Overall the Sapphire had great curb appeal and elegant facilities. I would like to recommend a couple of items for the condo--a wine opener and a paper towel holder with paper towels. We ate at the Landshark at the Pearl. The food was excellent. Drinks were wonderful. The Pearl bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, and was in disrepair.
