-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A maximum of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy, children of any age will be counted as a guest.
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles in the condo.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.
