WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
When you enter our Las Verandas vacation home, the first thing youï¿½ll see is our cozy living area. We have plenty of seating with our two armchairs and couch gathered around the flat-screen TV. Have a fun movie night, or relax with some tv after a long day at the beach. The sofa can also be converted into a sleeper/sofa.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchenï¿½the round table seats four. The family can gather around for a homemade meal or snacks breaks. There are also four additional seats around the family breakfast bar for a hot cup of coffee or as extra seating for guests.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you may need. Head over to the local Blue Marlin grocery store and stock up on ingredients for a nice meal.

The quaint guest room has a closet for storing all your vacation clothes and a cozy bed to rest your head after a day of exploring. The master bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, ideal for a late-night movie.

*In-unit washer/dyer - detergent available upon request at our Padre Island Rentals 24 Hour Guest Welcome Center.
*Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of our building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.

*On each 3rd Tuesday of every month, pest control services are performed at this vacation home. Guests are required to grant the pest control technicians access to this vacation home.

Vacation

My first time going to south Padre.I enjoyed the beach it was relaxing and loved it. Where I stayed was a little was from where my daughter and family stayed and it was a ways from the beach. I would have rather been able to just walk out of my condo and go on to the beach. I had to drive to if from where I stayed.. I stayed in las verandas it was a beautiful condo though and very roomy I did love it. Just far from the beach.

Relaxing family beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay!! The check in/out process was very simple. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfortable accommodations of the condo. Despite the unit being close to the pool, it was still remarkably quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking meals easy (except we couldn't find a measuring cup). The only downside was the slightly longer than expected walk to the beach. The condo isn't far from the beach, but without a gate on the west side of the complex, we had to exit and walk a block north before turning toward the beach. Even still, it only took a few minutes to get there. We brought a utility wagon which allowed us to transport the kids and our beach gear with ease. Thanks for a lovely stay!!
