Welcome to condo “Two Twelve” on South Padre Island! We are your hosts, Rosanna and Ref. We love South Padre Island and are happy to share our two vacation condos with you! We call our rentals “Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals” (or TexasVistasVR). Find us on Instagram @TexasVistas_SouthPadre.

We remodeled the condo to fit the needs of a family like ours to have a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation. Families will feel right at home as there are many extra amenities provided to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible. No upstairs neighbors, unit is on the second floor accessed through a stairway (no elevator). See more pictures on Instagram @TexasVistas_SouthPadre.

The unit is located in a private and quiet beachfront complex with 2 inviting courtyard pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, on-site management, and gated entry to the complex. There are BEAUTIFUL beach views from the living room and balcony. Our condo is a relaxing getaway for families and couples alike.

BUNK ROOM
Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with an additional, and extremely fun, little bunkbed room that adds extra sleeping space for 2 children. The bunks are RV bunk size and suitable for up to age 9-10 years (approximately 4 feet tall). It is attached to the main bedroom but there is a door you can close for extra privacy. Our children LOVE the bunks and we think yours will too!

FAMILY FRIENDLY
Unit 212 is family friendly with full size washer and dryer, booster chair, pack-n-play, desk top fans for white noise, kids dishes (above the sink), and games. We have kids too so we know what it's like to travel with little ones!!!

Basic items to get you started including: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.

WORK FROM HOME...AT THE BEACH!
One desk in each bedroom for your laptop or computer. Great WiFi! Get a change of scenery and work on the patio—we have a small foldable patio table in the condo for use on the patio.

OFF SEASON LONG TERM RENTERS WELCOME
October through February are lovely months at South Padre Island! It is very quiet and you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself!!! Stays over 30 nights are exempt from paying hotel taxes. Contact me for more details.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1) This unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.
2) MUST BE 25 or OLDER TO RESERVE/RENT AT SEA VISTA CONDOMINIUM PER THE HOA RULES
