A lovely stay! My kids enjoyed the twin beds and the old school video game console. It felt comfortable and well stocked with supplies for cooking full meals. A beautiful view of the coast and we had such a great time :)

We were very happy with the condo! Very clean, full kitchen, and a short walk over the dunes to the beach. The WiFi is a little spotty if you depend on it for work, but otherwise five stars!

We loved our stay in Rosanna’s condo. It was clean and well maintained. There were thoughtful touches and everything we needed for our vacation with our son, daughter in law and two young grandchildren. The little bunk area was perfect for the little boys and they loved the bunk beds. Most of all, we loved the location in the resort. We were steps from the pool, and a short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, conveniently located by the pool. The condo has been updated and is a great space for families with kids, offering games, beach equipment and bunk beds, in addition to the two larger bedrooms.

We absolutely loved this condo for our family beach vacation. Just steps from the private access to the beach with a wonderful clean pool and hot tub too! All the beach equipment we could want including chairs, boogie boards, toys and a cooler! Pantry was well stocked and so clean! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great vacation spot! Great, fast communication. We loved that it’s gated and felt more secure. We will be back next time we are in South Padre!

Everything was perfect for a family post-Christmas vacation. The condo had everything we needed, the location was fabulous (the free bus rides on the Island and to Port Isabel were an added bonus), and the beach was amazing right outside our door. Our host was very communicable.

The condo was perfect for our 32 night stay. We loved all the extra touches (sunscreen, spices to cook with). We loved being steps from the beach and so close to the heated pool and hot tub. Loved the we could catch the free Island shuttle close to the condo. A very secure gated community. Our host was great.
