Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark! This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs). All amenities are provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay—even all the beach supplies!

-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes

We absolutely loved this condo for our family beach vacation. Just steps from the private access to the beach with a wonderful clean pool and hot tub too! All the beach equipment we could want including chairs, boogie boards, toys and a cooler! Pantry was well stocked and so clean! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great vacation spot! Great, fast communication. We loved that it’s gated and felt more secure. We will be back next time we are in South Padre!

Stay was wonderful from the communication with Rosanna to the location. The complex is gated and secure. This unit is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and includes such essentials as spices and other basics. Includes many specials touches: extra blankets by deck door for late night star gazing, flashlights and lanterns for crabbing (so fun to see the crabs scurry), beach equipment (lounge chairs, towels, umbrella, shovels, mats, cart, etc) bathroom appliances (dryer, make up wipes, make up towels, hair dryer, straightener) We loved eating our breakfast and star gazing from the deck with water view and sound of crashing waves. Beds/couches/ chairs comfortable. Location was ideal very convenient to the pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and easy access to the beach. (Yes much appreciated that Rosanna had purchased new pickle ball amd tennis rackets!) Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. Hello! I'm Rosanna. I own and manage this condo and would love to host you! I grew up going to South Padre Island as a little girl and then continued the tradition with our 3 children. We eventually decided to buy a slice of South Padre heaven of our own in 2018. We have enjoyed sharing our love for the island so much that we have opened up 2 more condos to guests. We call ourselves Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals and hope to have you stay with us and decide which condo is your favorite :)!

South Padre Island is the most beautiful beach in Texas! Since traveling here as a little girl, the island has grown into a vacation destination for more than just locals. We are so proud of our island and hope to introduce more people to this quaint beach town.
