It is completely gated for extra security and features a large heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, elevator, and well-landscaped grounds with full-time maintenance personnel that keeps the property in tip-top condition. Edgewater is centrally located and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment options.
This beachfront condo has plenty of seating room to relax after a day of fun in the sand! It has free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, along with a washer and dryer for guest use. It includes bath towels and lines as well. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—The Master has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds + a trundle. It is conveniently located on the ground floor with quick and direct access to the beach. You will (literally) be steps away from the pool and ocean!
