Located just outside of downtown South Haven, local shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Whether you are interested in exploring nearby attractions and wineries or looking to spend the day at the beach everything can be accomplished with just a short drive or walk.

INSIDE THE HOME
Let this quaint two-story home be your refuge from the 9-5 grind. Wake up feeling refreshed with a cup of coffee on the back deck or enjoy breakfast in the bright kitchen. The main floor has an open living and dining area with direct access to the kitchen. Exposed brick in the kitchen shows a glimpse of the house's past families. The kitchen is equipped with all major necessitates and more. The main floor also features a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed along with the second bedroom equipped with two twin beds. The master bath upstairs includes a beautiful skylight and is shared between the second bedroom room and master bedroom. In the 'not so creepy' basement you'll find ample lighting and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Additionally, the house was recently renovated and has fresh paint and new carpeting.

OUTDOOR SPACE
One of the best things the house has to offer in the private backyard. Let this be your oasis of relaxation. Enjoy drinks on the deck or reminisce around the firepit in our Adirondack chairs with friends and family. * hot tub closes from Nov.1st- April 15th*

Home away from home

Very much enjoyed our stay and the location was great. Family of 5 was plenty of space. Owners were very accommodating. Great spot!

Great location, cute property

Great location. We enjoyed about a half mile walk to the downtown area and 0.7 miles to Kids Corner and the beach. Cute, very clean - smaller home was perfect for me, husband, and 4 kiddos. Kitchen was reasonably appointed- we ate most of our meals at home. This kids enjoyed the hot tub. The property mgr brought a hair dryer and high chair right over when I needed them.

Great location

The location is perfect, close to downtown and the beach. Very quiet. The tub is a plus! The only downside was that some parts of the house weren't as clean as they should have been, specially the kitchen area. Some of the dinning chairs had dust, countertops dirty, the inside of cutlery drawer was disgusting and the cutlery holder wasn't clean at all. We had to clean and washed everything. We contacted the management and they apologized but didn't make any cleaning fee refund, which was a disappointment.

Two family trip

We stayed at this house with 4 adults and 4 children. It was well appointed for cooking and was the perfect amount of space for us + had a great backyard! Our biggest piece of feedback would be to put some sort of shade on the French door on the 1st floor bedroom. The location is good- a bit further walk from the beach & downtown (across a busy road) but was doable, even with kids! The owner was responsive & helpful - we had a great trip!
