Downtown, close to everything, family friendly, newly renovated.

Our home is conveniently located about 4 blocks to Lake Michigan and the beach. It is also about 4 blocks to the wooden kids park and downtown. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 guests. Everything you may possibly need can be found in our cottage for a comfortable stay. We have a washer and drier. There are 2 porches to relax on and yard/outdoor furniture. Good location, quiet neighborhood, grateful to have lawn chairs, working gas BBQ grill, comfortable inside/outside porch. Walkable to beach. I would rent again. Comfortable for a family of 5.

Nice place, great sun porch!

We had a great time over the long weekend. The weather was cool, so we made a fire in the fire pit and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Great

We picked this because we saw online that this place had some kid friendly features and it did. From the bunkers, kid toys and games, kid silverware and cups and even a high chair. Definitely would recommend for someone with little kids. The negative thing is the grill didn’t have propane but I messaged the owner and they brought some.

Nice!

Overall, the property is very good. The storm door had issues with sticking closed and very hard to open. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The child’s bedroom was very warm last night. The house was very clean. Parking was very easy. It is walkable to the lake and downtown South Haven. Overall very good.

Great place a short walk from town!

The home was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and bathrooms on both floors which was convenient. This was a short walk from downtown and in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Fall stay

The house was nice and clean. Wish the check in was earlier than 4:00. At first we could not find the code to check in and I contacted the host and she never got back to me. But overall our stay was great.

Great South Haven Family Option!

Very clean, air-conditioned house. It was a great location to get to the beach (Kid's Corner Park/Beach 2 min away with free parking). A great house for a perfect beach vacation!

Great place to stay

The property and house is exactly like the pictures. It is only a short walk (4 long blocks) to the south beach. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It had everything you need to stay for the week. If we ever come back to the area we will stay here again!

Nice family getaway

Property was suitable to our group of six. We fit three kids in the bedroom with bunk beds easily. Easy in/out, downtown shops and beach walkable (though 10+ mins). Had a great time.

At The Beach

The premises were comfortable. Everything worked and if there were any problems the owners took care of it immediately. The only suggestion we could make was more baskets in downstairs bathroom and bedrooms and more hangers in downstairs bedroom. Surprisingly cute place!

We were delighted with the cottage. It is a lot bigger than it looked online. It had plenty of toiletries and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and they had an ample amount of towels. We had a very nice time!

Great property and location

The property is exactly how it appears in photos. It's charming and comfortable. There's enough space for one or 2 cars depending on the vehicle to have off-street parking. The location is great. For us, it was an easy walk up into town. A nice park is located even closer for those bringing kids. We had wonderful and prompt communications with the owners. We would not hesitate to stay here again if coming back to the area.

Nice location

We were pleased to be able to rent this house for only one night. We previously stayed in Holland, and wanted to continue our vacation in South Haven. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 children. We rode our bikes to the beach , and to downtown South Haven. We took the 6 min drive to Sherman’s for ice cream. The home is in a nice location and we enjoyed our brief stay.

Ladies visit

We enjoyed our stay in South Haven. The house was comfy and well equipped. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. We are getting older and notice little things like hand rails now. The back porch step could use a post or hand rail to help our senior set. We didn’t have time to enjoy the backyard, but the fire pit looked inviting. Would love to visit again.
