Webster Cottage - 1 minute walk to beach!

Welcome to the Webster Cottage. This cozy cottage sits on a private cul-de-sac that gives you peaceful and quiet vibe but stands only one block from Newcome Beach. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and includes a fourth bedroom detached from the house featuring a separate entrance, queen bed, twin daybed, A/C, and smart TV. This is a perfect set up for some wanting their own space.

VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS and recently updated with new furnishings throughout! Have your morning coffee on the front porch as you listen to the birds chirping in the secluded woods around you. The kids will love the wooden swing in the front yard and all will enjoy the weber grill and large outdoor dining table. We provide beach towels, chairs, and a pull-wagon for your trips to the beach. A new outdoor gas fire pit and plenty of seating allow for nights of chatting, sharing memories, and roasting s'mores.

A nice scenic walk or a really quick drive will get you to downtown South Haven, which is only about 1 mile away. This cute cozy cottage gives you the best of both worlds. Close enough to enjoy all of the wonderful things South Haven has to offer yet located in a quiet and peaceful spot that allows you to relax and unwind at the end of each day.

Having a fully equipped kitchen was a major highlight for me, as it allowed us to cook meals together and truly enjoy our quality family time.We were in town for a wedding, and you couldn't ask for a better location. It is absolutely beautiful and incredibly convenient—we were so close to the beach, the town, and the wedding venue that we walked everywhere! If you do want to venture out for food, we highly recommend grabbing breakfast at Cafe Julia.A special shoutout to the property manager, Gibby. He swung by right after we arrived to introduce himself and show us around the house. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs over the years, and this was a first for us—it was such a welcoming, nice touch!A quick tip for future guests: I had read this in previous reviews but completely forgot to pack accordingly—the master bedroom has sheer curtains, and the neighbor's outdoor light shines through at night. If you think that might bother you, just remember to pack an eye mask!Aside from that minor detail, everything was flawless. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again!

Wedding weekend

This was our home away from home the weekend my son got married. The house was clean and being greeted when we got there was such a nice touch. We had to go buy pods to run the dishwasher but considering that is the only issue we had I would say it was a great weekend. Would definitely stay here again.
