Escape to Villa Sol, a beautifully remodeled and family-friendly retreat just minutes from everything South Haven has to offer. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood only a block and a half from Oak Street Beach on Lake Michigan, this bright and spacious home is designed for relaxation, connection, and effortless comfort—perfect for families, couples, and groups of up to 10 guests. Enjoy the year-round hot tub, ideal after a day on the beach or playing in the snow.

Step into a light-filled living room where large windows create an inviting space to gather and unwind. The open layout flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making cooking, snacking, and spending time together easy and enjoyable. High-speed WiFi and a smart TV with streaming access are provided.

The chef-ready kitchen includes a Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee pods, teas, hot chocolate, blender, crockpot, air-fryer oven, pots, pans, baking supplies, and a waffle cone maker. Kids love creating treats with the SodaStream and shaved ice machine. Basic seasonings are provided for home-style meals.

The main-floor primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed and private bathroom featuring a relaxing soaking tub. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the main level, along with a new large-capacity washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination:
• Two bedrooms feature plush queen beds
• The third includes twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for kids or multi-family stays

All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided, along with soap, shampoo, and cleaning supplies to make packing easy.

Traveling with little ones is effortless at Villa Sol. Family-friendly amenities include:

The star of the home is the 8-person hot tub with colorful lighting—perfect for stargazing, unwinding after exploring South Haven, or warming up on cool Michigan nights.

Guests are welcome to use the four bikes, beach chairs, and wagon stored in the garage.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a $100 fee per pet; service animals are always accepted.

Our decor and furniture may change over time, and we will try to update pictures accordingly.

As with any travel, please consider obtaining travel insurance if a last minute cancellation would be a financial hardship for you.

This was our second time at the property and our fave stay in South Haven. The house is perfectly set up for you and your family (although we like to go as a couple, too), it has everything you need to cook, beach towels, etc and is close to downtown and a 5 minute walk to the beach. And we LOVE that we can bring our pup! The host is great and answers super quickly if you need. We can’t wait for our next trip!

I have been staying at rental properties in South Haven for years now and this has been my favorite home away from home. The house is clean and inviting and the beds are comfortable for my whole family, with no issues sleeping and being well rested. I especially enjoyed both the front and back porch to read, eat and catch up. We can walk to both the beach and downtown easily. It is such a good home-base for a great lake vacation.

Wonderful weekend stay!

We spent the weekend at this wonderful home for our daughter’s wedding weekend in South Haven. The owner was amazing and was so accommodating with our needs. Everything was well appointed, clean, and well stocked. The house was the perfect size for our family of 7 and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay!!

My family stayed at this location for a week and it was a lovely, clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed the fully fenced backyard and basketball hoop. The beds were comfortable and all essential supplies were provided. I have stayed in many South Haven houses but will be returning to this one as it fit all of our needs.

Perfect spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a short walk to the beach or very short drive to downtown, but the house is enough on its own! It’s got plenty of space for families, and the back yard is perfect for anyone- green space to play (our dog also loved- and its fenced), fire pit, and hot tub. The kitchen was great if you’re cooking there (and there’s a grill) too. Super cute super clean, we can’t wait to go back!

Just perfect for families!

We loved this house! The neighborhood is quiet and has great access to Oak Beach. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and as pictured and described. It was nice to have front and back porches to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Sherie is extremely easy to work with and conscientious. We had a great time in this house. It’s fully stocked and the host of the house was wonderful. She took care of everything and responded quickly if we had any questions. This was an awesome place to stay while at South Haven! The downstairs bedroom and en-suite bathroom were perfect for us, the grandparents. The upstairs was great for our kids and grandkids, who loved the bunk room. The living room and kitchen were just right for family gatherings including meals and playtime. Outside, the patio was just right for daytime and nighttime activities. The kids loved the hot tub. We also spent time on the front porch during a rainstorm. This was the perfect place to stay while exploring such a beautiful town and interesting area. Also, the host was so accommodating. She was easily accessible and a pleasure to communicate with from the start. We loved our stay and hope to return! Thank you!

Ladies Trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. When we opened the door it smelled delightful...Everything was perfect..there were 7 ladies plenty of room for all our stuff...we parked out cars and walked everywhere..front porch was perfect for morning coffee--quiet neighborhood...back deck was nice with hot tub which was great after all the walking, the owner was very responsive and checked on us to see if everything was good.....we would stay here again hands down if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for opening up your house to all of us...

I have been exploring South Haven with my family for years now, and would like to share my vacation home with you. Some of my best times have been long days on the beach with my children, countless bike rides, ice creams and shopping in the cute down town.

This is the perfect little beach house! Steps away, literally a 3 min walk from the beach. 10 mins to reach downtown for dinner and a stroll. Walk to the Marina. Easy to access bike trails. And the hot tub makes for the best relaxing evenings.
