Nice apartment in great location

It was our second time staying at the JORC which has walking access to the beach and the JORC pool is just across the parking lot. Proximity to restaurants and groceries is great. Size and accommodations of unit are great for a couple and maybe a couple children, but a little tight for 4 adults. HVAC system is a little noisy. Good amount of closet space for clothes and luggage. Host was super responsive and accommodating.

I was very disappointed

This property was a blast back into the 70s.in it's style. I felt that someone cleaned out their house and put the leftovers into this unit. I had to ask to have it cleaned AFTER I moved in as it was truly dirty. I have pictures. I purchased a cover for the mattress and left it there for the next tenant. The ancient clothes dryer is on the porch in a dirty little utility closet so carrying clothes from the kitchen was at best, inconvenient. This unit is in a great location but I feel secure in saying that you can find a better unit in JORC to spend your money on.

Excellent Location

This property is conveniently close to the ocean and to the Jupiter Riverwalk. It was the perfect spot for us. There is a heated pool on the property as well.
