The house, Rokova kuca (Rokos house), is located on the seafront on the Ciovo peninsula, 1.5 km from Trogir and 5 km from Split International Airport.
This luxury villa has 4 stars, was renovated in 2014 with the best building materials and offers a comfortable ambience for 12 people (+2 children) in 6 double rooms on two floors. The floors are equipped the same. There is a large living room, an open kitchen and three tastefully furnished double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, etc. All rooms are equipped with double beds in the size of 200 x 160 cm. The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with sea view (approx. 60 m²). Each floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, toilet and sink. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, LED TV / SAT, hi-fi stereo amplifier with an integrated Bluetooth interface and WiFi. In the kitchen there is an oven, a stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, as well as high-quality cutlery, tea towels and cooking accessories. Each floor has a separate entrance via an external staircase. Internet is available throughout the holiday home (WLAN).
The outdoor area offers a terrace with grill, children's playground with slide, table football, electronic dart board and a pool of approx. 24 m². Mediterranean plants such as lemon, fig and tangerine trees, laurels, rosemary, mint, lavender etc. round off the range in style.
The villa has 2 closed garages and offers 2-3 additional parking spaces.
There are 4 bicycles available to our guests.

The heated swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers is equipped with a modern cleaning system that automatically regulates the chlorine and pH.

Trogir, one of the most beautiful and oldest cities in Croatia, is 20 km from Split and 5 km from Split International Airport.

Split and Trogir are famous cultural and historical sights on the Dalmatian coast, Trogir is a UNESCO cultural heritage.
Other destinations for day trips: National Park Slapovi Krke (Krka water skins), National Park - Kornati Islands, etc.

The fact is that within a radius of approx. 200 km there are 4 national parks and 6 UNESCO World Heritage sites (old town of Trogir, Diocletian's Palace in Split, St. Jakobs Cathedral in Šibenik, Stari Grad Plain on the island of Hvar, old town of Dubrovnik and Plitvice Lakes National Park).

The villa is preferably rented out completely, but a floor rental (6 + 1 people per floor) would also be possible on request, but only in June and September.
