Schwierig

Bereits beim Ankommen verlief die Kommunikation nicht gut. Fotokopieren der Ausweise, eine Art Mietvereinbarung und eine Datenschutzerklärung bezüglich W LAN Nutzung sind ein sehr formaler Empfang. So noch nie erlebt. Die Möbel in der Wohnung wirken beliebig zusammengestellt. Dazu kann sich jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden. Der Ordner für die Wohnung ist sehr umfänglich, inklusive eines regelrechten Handbuches zur Müllentsorgung. Zudem waren in der gesamten Wohnung Erinnerungszettel angebracht. Ein Zettel an der Wohnungstür belehrte uns, wann welche Fenster geschlossen sein sollen und weckten Erinnerungen an ein 1. Schuljahr. Augsburg und der perfekt organisierte ÖPNV haben uns begeistert. Die Unterkunft nicht.

Wohnung während Messe-Teilnahme

Da wir viele Stunden täglich auf der Messe in Augsburg waren, haben wir die Wohnung "nur" zum kurz-schlafen und frühstücken genutzt. Küche gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung an sich ist praktisch eingerichtet und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr umsichtig und flexibel. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sollte uns der Weg erneut nach Augsburg führen, kommen wir gern wieder.

Schöne ruhige Dachgeschosswohnung mit allem was dazu gehört.

Wir konnten von dem Ort alle Ziel besuchen, die wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar eine Flasche Apfelsaft aus eigener Produktion zukommen lassen; klöstlich! P + C tön!

Liebevolle und umfassende Versorgung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, hat einen schönen Garten, den man mitbenutzen darf und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A friendly Place

Our overall experience was wonderful. Good location, lovely gardens, quiet street. Doris had a bowl of fresh fruit ready for us in our room. She even invited to a bar-b-que, which was quite nice. I would come again.

Natur- u. Stadtnahe Wohnung mit einfacher Ausstattung

Nette, freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht richtig sauber. Offensichtlich war nicht oder nicht ordentlich gefegt / gewischt worden. Nachdem wir die Vermieterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben wurde das dann nachgeholt. Die Wohnung ist scheinbar renoviert worden, die Arbeiten scheinen aber nicht alle fachmännisch ausgeführt. Die Fliesenarbeiten wirken doch etwas amateurhaft. Es gibt vom Flur zu den Zimmern ca. 3-4 cm hohe "Stufen" und die Türhöhen waren zumindest für mich (195 cm gross) etwas zu klein. Sonst ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Der zuerst genannte Punkt hat unseren ansonsten guten Eindruck etwas getrübt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage Nähe Augsburg.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Küche und Bad sehr gut aus gestattet. Zum Entfernen der Hundehaare, wäre ein Staubsauger hilfreich gewesen. Mit dem Besen war es etwas mühsam. Schöner Garten. Nette Vermieterin.

Great host, good place, beautiful surroundings!

Our longest stay was three weeks at Doris'. Doris is a sweet and great host! It has been a very positive experience. The place is clean, the beds are good and it has a cozy kitchen with everything you need for a good meal. You can park your car in front of the house and Augsburg city centre is only 15 minutes away. There are several supermarkets in the neighborhood. Bergheim is a beautiful place - especially with snow - it has woods, hills, rivers and good restaurants nearby. Great for hiking or biking. If you need to be in the neighborhood of Augsburg, you certainly should consider a stay at Doris'. Thanks Doris for a pleasant time!
