A plumbing inspection of the main lines will require one toilet to be removed (this will be scheduled as needed).

1106 sq ft 4 Night minimum stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of the rental. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
