The main level deck and ground-level patio provide the perfect spots to take in the salty air and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Inside, the cottage boasts comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests. The master bedroom features a new queen mattress, 50-inch TV, and a fully renovated bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms offer a triple bunk and twin bunks, perfect for the kids. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

This charming cottage has received all the latest upgrades including a new dishwasher and garbage disposal, modern decor, and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment for your convenience. The living room has a new 55-inch TV and all baseboards, crown molding, and cabinets have been freshly painted.

Experience the outdoors like never before with the added outdoor TV, iron board and iron, and outdoor shower with a seat. The backyard is now equipped with irrigation, a fence with gates, and 5 beautiful palm trees. Access to each level is by a stairway.

At Salty Air Cottage, we take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, we have strict policies against smoking and renting to guests under 25 years old. Approval must be obtained for bringing a small pet weighing 20 pounds or less.

Cute Beach Getaway!

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The large porch and the downstairs space was a nice surprise. The week we stayed here was a little bit on the cooler side so the sandy fenced in backyard was nice bc the fence blocked the wind and allowed us to sit outside.

Great Stay

Our stay was short and quick, the house was very inviting, had my sister and her mother in law over for a quick dinner and the kids played in the back yard ( which is like your own lot beach area with the sand and toys). Loved the outdoor shower to give the kids a quick rinse after playing outside. Will definitely be back!

OK but could be better!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the pics they show are a little misleading. Yes you have 3 b/r, 2 bath. What they don't tell you is one of the bedroom/bath is down stairs, only way to access is outside stairs. Not insulated very well, window unit can't keep it cool. And the bathroom has no ac. Because it rain almost the entire time we were pretty much stuck downstairs area or inside as the outside deck is not covered. Beds are full and twin, not queen. And when they say bring your supplies they mean it. Nothing extra is provided so you're out of pocket for alot of items that most places provide, extra garbage bags, dish detergent as there is no dishwasher, not even an extra roll of paper towel/toilet paper. It was ok but we won't be staying again. Even the dogs were ready to head out. Not much space for them and no grass, just sand.

Vacation with grand kids.

The house was Very homey Comfortable, the teenagers loved it, their room was downstairs. The younger kids had a blast. They could play in the sand outside under the deck. Watch TV play games. It was just a lovely place to stay.
